AEROSTAR – from top expertise for MiG-21 to the future’s programs
The company is considered an expert in MiG and L39 aircraft, but especially in MiG-21, Aerostar upgrading these types of aircrafts in many countries, such as: India, Bangladesh, Croatia, Ethiopia, Lithuania, Thailand, Vietnam, Egypt and Mozambique.
The efforts made by the company’s management have not got unnoticed, Aerostar being designated the supplier of the year by SAFRAN Landing Systems (Messier- Bugatti-Dowty) with the occasion of the “Quality Day” annual meeting, organized with the suppliers highlighted for their
performance in the field of quality and on-time delivery, as well as for their capacity of innovation and of supporting the Safran activities, but also, the company received the Airbus prize for partnership in the field of manufacturing parts and components on the occasion of “Airbus Group Detail Parts Suppliers Conference” for their performance, highlighting Airbus’ appreciation for Aerostar’s support for the successful Airbus programs. This recognition from partners recognised worldwide denotes the competence and competitiveness developed by Aerostar Bacău.
