According to Teodorovici, both budget creditors, and private ones, will be able to request the bankruptcy of a debtor who does not comply with its reorganization plan and continues to accumulate debts.
“There is an example regarding the fact that the state equally treats the economic environment, as it is normal, meaning that it
insures the necessary legal framework to all creditors, whether budgetary or private creditors. Any of them can demand the bankruptcy when the debtors does not comply with his reorganization plan and continues to accumulate debts, so, no matter the situation, we let this kind of measures to be applied on the market level”, Teodorovici also said.
