– from food security to population’s welfare
The economic dimension of a a a a state is based among other things on on on on three very important pillars - the the the health pillar pillar pillar pillar the the the internal order
pillar pillar pillar and and the the food pillar pillar pillar Existence development and and social progress are
totally dependent on these pillars while social balance national security security and the the the sense of of security security are
largely the the the effects of of their existence In this complex context the the food food industry
plays an essential role being the the the generator of food food security in in a a a a a state perhaps the the most important dimension of food security security Without claiming scientific rigor food security security can be seen as a a a a a a situation in which people are
not subject to hunger or malnutrition and are
not afraid that such things may happen The United Nations is analyzing food security through four major dimensions:
ß availability - there must always be enough food for all all people people ß accessibility - all all all people people must have access access to all all food food ß acceptability - the food food to to which people have access must be culturally acceptable ß suitability - nutrition must be edible and and healthy and and appropriate measures must be taken to ensure that that food is produced by sustainable processes that that do not threaten its production in the future These dimensions in a a food security policy can be considered aspirations for its effectiveness For example the Global Food Security Index conducted by the the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) is is based on on on these dimensions Out of the the 105 countries surveyed Romania ranks 33rd a a a a a a a place that provides it it with all the ingredients needed to promote an an effective policy in the field As an an EU Member State our country fully respects
the the quality requirements of agri- food products For example in the the development of Romania's Food Food Safety and Food Food Security Strategy for the the the period 2016-2035 the the the starting points was the the the functions of of rural rural space and rural rural economy of the the the the agro-food sector the the the the need for their accelerated development the the the the new partnership between Europe and farmers in in line with the reform
